If the technician discovers anything outside the normal replacement (bad wiring, code issues, damaged plumbing, etc.), they will provide an updated price before doing any additional work.

Yes. We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on all installs.

You can reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment with no fee.

Yes. Upgrade maintains service liability coverage and requires all Upgraders to carry their own insurance as well.
