  • If the technician discovers anything outside the normal replacement (bad wiring, code issues, damaged plumbing, etc.), they will provide an updated price before doing any additional work.

  • Most replacements take 30–90 minutes, depending on the fixture.

  • Yes. We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on all installs.

  • No. Upgrade uses a standardized price book to keep pricing simple and consistent nationwide.

  • All payments are made online at the time of booking using debit or credit card.

  • You can reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment with no fee.

  • Yes. Upgrade maintains service liability coverage and requires all Upgraders to carry their own insurance as well.
